Caitlyn West Noble – Head of Client Services
Caitlyn West Noble is the Head of Client Services at FatCat Strategies, where she combines her entrepreneurial spirit, competitive drive, and deep expertise to lead a talented team focused on innovative strategies for the home improvement industry. A partner in the company since late 2018, Caitlyn plays a pivotal role in FatCat’s success, managing client relationships and driving creative solutions for lead generation and account management.
A Passion for Communication and Service
Caitlyn graduated from North Carolina State University in 2014 with a degree in Communication – Public Relations and a minor in Nonprofit Studies. Her early career was shaped by meaningful experiences in the nonprofit sector, including time at Audacity Factory/ENDcrowd and Habitat for Humanity, where she developed a passion for storytelling and service. Her interest in agency work, sparked during internships with exceptional firms in college, eventually brought her to FatCat Strategies in 2017 as a Content Strategist.
At FatCat, Caitlyn’s career took off. Initially crafting unique messages for local clients, she quickly expanded her expertise to account management across a variety of industries. By 2018, as FatCat pivoted fully to serve the home improvement industry, Caitlyn became instrumental in developing and implementing lead generation tactics tailored to this niche market. Her ability to innovate and lead was recognized by FatCat’s founder, Janet, who offered Caitlyn the opportunity to become a partner and help take the company to the next level.

As the Head of Client Services, Caitlyn oversees both the account management and lead generation teams, ensuring clients benefit from creative, results-driven strategies. Her collaborative approach and commitment to excellence have made her a trusted leader in the home improvement industry, where she’s known for crafting campaigns that deliver tangible results for clients nationwide.
Life Beyond the Office
A proud North Carolina native, Caitlyn was born and raised in the Raleigh Triangle area. She’s also a devoted NC State alumna, where she not only earned her degree but also met her husband, John. Together, they share a love for family, which now includes their son, John Wheeler, born in June 2024, and two beloved dogs, Beasley (a Shihpoo) and Ellie (a Labradoodle).
Caitlyn’s dedication to her work is matched only by her love for her family and her home state. With her entrepreneurial mindset, deep commitment to her clients, and leadership at FatCat Strategies, Caitlyn continues to make an impact in both her professional and personal life.
