Caitlyn Noble has been named the third partner at FatCat Strategies, LLC, a full-service marketing firm operating in Raleigh, North Carolina.

After receiving her BA in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and minor in Nonprofit Studies from North Carolina State University in 2014, she began her career managing the marketing and communications of two nonprofit organizations, Audacity Factory and then Habitat for Humanity of Durham County.

In addition to acting as FatCat Strategies’ lead Digital Marketing Strategist, her major responsibilities include account management, sales and business development, lead generation, pay-per-click advertising, content creation, and a self-appointed title as the office “Sunshine Chair.”

Noble, 27, will share partnership and leadership responsibilities with operations manager, Jessica Berry, and founding partner, Janet Mobley, who started FatCat Strategies in 2003. “From the minute Caitlyn joined FatCat Strategies, she expressed intense curiosity about the mechanics of the business, beyond the scope of her job,” described Mobley. “Over time, she paired that curiosity with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities, from new service development to prospecting and sales. For some time now, she’s brought the level of enthusiasm, passion and commitment that you would expect from a partner in the firm. Now she is one.”

Since Noble joined the agency, FatCat Strategies has grown, not only in size and service offerings but also in their expertise and understanding of the digital marketing world. It was her drive to advance the company’s mission that led the team to champion the practice of pay-per-click advertising and online lead generation.

While her driven disposition has already influenced FatCat Strategies’ current successes, Noble is looking forward to what’s to come. “This is so much more than an investment,” explained Noble. “This is my future and the future of an incredibly talented digital marketing agency. This is just the beginning of a very exciting new chapter for FatCat.”
