Caitlyn West Noble is the Managing Partner at FatCat Strategies, where she helps lead the agency’s vision, growth, and client success for home improvement companies nationwide. With a blend of entrepreneurial drive, strategic insight, and deep industry experience, Caitlyn plays a central role in shaping FatCat’s approach to lead generation, client services, and performance-driven digital marketing.

Caitlyn joined FatCat Strategies in 2017 as a Content Strategist, bringing a strong foundation in communication, storytelling, and client advocacy. As the agency evolved, so did her role, expanding into digital strategy, account management, and leadership. When FatCat made the strategic decision to focus exclusively on the home improvement industry, Caitlyn became instrumental in developing scalable lead generation systems tailored to contractors’ real-world sales processes.

Recognizing her leadership and impact, FatCat’s founder, Janet, invited Caitlyn to become a partner in late 2018. Today, as Managing Partner, Caitlyn helps guide the agency’s long-term strategy while continuing to champion strong client relationships, operational excellence, and innovative marketing solutions that drive measurable results.

A Passion for Communication and Service

Caitlyn graduated from North Carolina State University in 2014 with a degree in Communication – Public Relations and a minor in Nonprofit Studies. Her early professional experiences in the nonprofit sector, including work with Audacity Factory/ENDcrowd and Habitat for Humanity, shaped her passion for purpose-driven communication and service. Those experiences, combined with formative agency internships, ultimately led her to pursue a career in digital marketing.

In her leadership role, Caitlyn works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals, from consistent lead flow and improved lead quality to smarter reporting and stronger sales alignment. Known for her collaborative leadership style and results-oriented mindset, she is a trusted partner to home improvement business owners navigating growth in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.

Life Beyond the Office

A proud North Carolina native, Caitlyn was born and raised in the Raleigh Triangle area and remains deeply connected to her home state. She met her husband, John, at NC State, and together they are raising their son, John Wheeler (born June 2024), alongside their two dogs, Beasley (a Shihpoo) and Ellie (a Labradoodle).

Grounded by family and fueled by a passion for helping businesses win, Caitlyn brings the same commitment, clarity, and care to her work at FatCat Strategies as she does to every aspect of her life.
